Telegram-channel "Trubu prorvalo" ("pipe burst" – play of words – "truba" means pipe in Ukrainian) has published new recordings, purportedly form the office of the State Bureau of Investigation (SBI) Chief Roman Truba, according to Espresso.
The recordings refer to the investigation of the alleged Poroshenko’s interference with the work of the Supreme Council of Justice.
According to a source, in the first audio tape Roman Truba talks to the head of the Organisation of Pre-Trial Investigations Administration Oleg Koretsky. The conversation purportedly took place on September 3.
As a source informs, Truba expresses his resentment over Koretsky questioning Poroshenko about the wrong case "How long have you been thinking before calling him in over the "land case"? Don’t we have another cases?"
"Any proceeding against him is interesting", Koretsky defends himself.
Truba conciders that person of interest may call the "land case" politically motivated, for he is only a witness in this prosecution.
"Another episode took place on September 11, 2019. When reporting on the Supreme Council of Justice proceedings, Koretsky informs Truba that he is going to the President's Office the next day, which he calls the Administration, as it was in old days. He also, violating all norms about independence of the investigator, announces searches of Hontarieva, Chaus, Zhuliany and "Petro’s bank", to the head of SBI - said in the message.
We will remind, the fifth president Petro Poroshenko is a person of interest in 13 criminal proceedings, being investigated by SBI. On November 19, the recordings allegedly from the office of the SBI Chief Roman Truba were published. At the same time Roman Truba called the audio tapes of conversations, in which he purportedly talks to the top officials about cases, being investigated by SBI, "fake and provocative".
