Conversation recordings from the office of the State Bureau of Investigation (SBI) Chief Roman Truba were leaked by an anonymous source in a Telegram channel called "Trubu prorvalo" ("the pipe burst"- play of words – "truba" means "pipe" in Ukrainian), created on Tuesday, November, 19. "Censor.net", referring to its sources, later confirmed the authenticity of the recordings. The head of SIB hasn't yet commented on a situation. Telegram channel claims the main contact between Truba and the PO is head of the Presidential Administration Andriy Bohdan. Among other actors there is also Bohdan's deputy – Andriy Smyrnov.
According to the tapes, voices discuss instructions about who to question, who to "chase". In particular, they refer to cases against the fifth president of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko, which SBI investigates.
According to a source, Roman Truba asks his assistant to leave the office and allegedly calls Bohdan, in order to report on his morning briefing concerning Porosheko's failure to turn up for questioning, and "consults" about next call for interrogation of the fifth president in criminal case regarding Korban (businessman, the UKROP ex-leader, former Deputy Head and Chief of Staff of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration).
"A subpoena should be served 3 days beforehand, so technically we couldn’t call him in for Friday. Let's make a pause. As I understand, we need some legal outcome in this proceeding. Right? If we summon him for Friday and commit mayhem, he will manipulate it and make himself a victim", the purported voice of Truba says in conversation with Bohdan, dated 17 July, 2019.
At the end of conversation, this very voice says "Andriy Iosypovych, I promise, I will do everything. This case is of the highest priority for us".
Poroshenko is also mentioned in the audio of conversation with allegedly Bondan's deputy Smyrnov.
The recordings also disclose Maidan cases, whіch Prosecutor General's Office (PGO) plans to hand over to SBI. As a source claims, Truba is advised "not to deal" with them.
According to the tapes, the alleged Roman Truba, acting under the instructions from Prosecutor-General Ruslan Ryaboshapka and head of the PO, orders to suspend searches in the Dnipro City Council, PrivatBank and National Bank of Ukraine during the IMF visit.
Purportedly Truba drove a draft notice of suspicion for ex-acting Health Minister Ulana Suprun personally to Volodymyr Zelensky.
There is also a record of the alleged Director of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau Artem Sytnyk calling the Director of SBI and notifying that his deputies appear in scandalous recordings of conversations in the office of judge Vovk.

The recording about sleeping bags for army. "The owner of the company which produces sleeping bags for army is not pleased with questioning and comes to make a deal with Truba", they channel states.
In one of the tapes the purported voice of Truba tells the details of the meeting between the president, security officials and their deputies.
